last updated · 23 june 2026
This policy sets out acceptable use of the systems, networks, and services that Hyrax LLC d/b/a SBG Tech("we", "us") provides or manages. It applies to anyone who uses those services: clients and their staff. It exists to keep everyone's systems secure, available, and lawful.

2. prohibited activity

- Accessing systems, data, or accounts you are not authorised to use.
- Distributing malware, or attempting to disrupt, overload, or defeat security controls.
- Sending spam, phishing, or other unsolicited bulk or deceptive communications.

4. monitoring
To keep managed systems secure and available, we monitor their health and security. We don't read your content beyond what's needed to operate and protect the service, and we handle any personal data in line with our privacy policy.
5. consequences
If use breaches this policy, we may suspend or restrict access to protect the wider service or to comply with the law. Where we can, we'll tell you first; where a threat is active, we may act immediately and notify you straight after. Serious or repeated breaches may end the engagement under your service agreement.
6. changes
We may update this policy as the services and threats evolve. Each version is identified by the "last updated" date above. Where this policy is incorporated into a service agreement, we will make the current version available and give notice of material changes as that agreement requires.
